Supporting Bairo Pite Clinic
The Story of Foxfest……
My wife Maura and I had successfully put on 2 dinner/dance fundraisers for The Bairo Pite Clinic and wanted to do something different and raise more than the $20K or so that we had been raising.
I had a thought one day when walking through one of the gullies on my property that it was a perfect (amphitheatre) shape for a concert. Several months later we were walking through that same gully with some friends (David and Karen Castledine and their daughters Sarah and Lily).
I mentioned my idea to David and he promptly asked his girls to sing us a song. They positioned themselves at the bottom and we sat at the top of the gully. They sang “Skinny Love” the Birdie song and the sound was perfect. This firmed my desire to put on a concert and I started planning it and recruiting performers.
We have run 2 successful concerts now and are looking forward to another in 2017 – read more
In addition to wonderful music we will also be running
Glengariff (Property Name)
130 Hoddles Rd, Foxground.
Set in a natural amphitheatre adjacent to a rainforest, dropping from a stunning landscape of rolling hills and views down the NSW south coast to Jervis bay, this is no ordinary venue. The rammed earth home that the Catos live in was featured on Grand Designs Australia.
- We cannot refund if you cancel less than 7 days from the event, or do not attend on the day. However, if you cannot make the event, the ticket is transferable
- The Bairo Pite Clinic needs and is relying on these funds coming in. The event covers one complete month of operating expenses for the Clinic. As such, if we have to cancel the event due to inclement weather (a safety issue), your ticket prices will not be refunded.
